Yes, we have wireless internet throughout the apartment building. You will find the password in your studio information.
No, smoking is not permitted in our apartment house Taucher. For studios with balconies, smoking is permitted on the balconies.
No, pets are not allowed in our studios. This regulation serves to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone. We thank you for your understanding.
No, the Serafe fee will be charged to you directly by the company.
The full first rent must be in our account before the keys are handed over. The rent must be paid on the first of the following month.
The rent must reach our account in full, bank charges may not be deducted.
By bank transfer or with Maestrocard.
Payments by credit card (VISA / Mastercard) will be charged with a fee of sfr. 25.-
No, subletting is not permitted.
Arrival
You can check in from 15:00 on the 1st day of the rental month. We will either be on site in person or you can check in using our automatic key machine.
The kitchenette is equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, pans and a coffee machine
Stay
Our chambermaid changes the bathroom and bed linen weekly. Either on Monday or Tuesday morning.
One month before moving out, always at the end of the month. A letter by e-mail, which the landlord then confirms.
When moving in / out within a calendary month, the days will be charged with CHF 65.00 each
